Some even go beyond their salary pay just to achieve that flawless skin, that glass skin everyone is raving about!

In this post, you will learn few tricks and tip that has overcome acne journey of a true-blue acne infested human.

TIP NUMBER 1: KNOW YOUR SKIN TYPE!

This is a must and, if probably, the number one tip you must uncover before anything else! There are different kind of skin type and to be specific in numbers there are actually 5 types of skin namely; Normal Skin Type, Combination Skin Type, Dry Skin, Oily Skin, and Sensitive Skin Type. A guide to find out what your skin type is here.

To be honest, it doesn’t matter how expensive your skin care products are because at the end of the day it will not matter at all because you are treating your skin the wrong way! It’s like taking Imodium when what you actually really need is a Mefenamic Acid.

TIP NUMBER 2: KNOW THE KIND OF FACIAL WASH THAT SUITS YOUR SKIN TYPE

It’s not enough to know what type of skin you have so the next thing you need to do is look for a facial wash or cleanser that suits you! For example, those who have oily skin should get water-based and/or gel-liked facial wash.

This really matters! You should look for a specific type of cleanser that suits you. That’s also the reason why other products won’t work on your skin and sometimes gives you more harm than good. I learn this the hard way, I keep trying different products that is seen on TV which my friends love but I ended up having a breakout.

TIP NUMBER 3: TONER!
Some people think that you can end your routine after cleansing but it’s a big lie! Even though you cleanse your face with the most expensive cleanser that there is, you should still use a toner to thoroughly clean your face.

As for me, I prefer toner than astringent since it is more skin-friendly and doesn’t have that strong smell. Sometimes I put toner twice or if I’m satisfied with the color of the cotton used to get off excessive dirt.

TIP NUMBER 4: MOISTURIZER

After cleansing and toning, give your skin a breather by applying moisturizer. Moisturizer gives your skin a chance to relax and rehydrate after a day-long activities and stressful work.

There are different kinds of moisturizer out there and all you have to do is choose the one that you really need. There are brightening, full-hydration, etc.

TIP NUMBER 5: WATER

It’s not enough to moisturize your skin. The most effective way to moisturize your skin and have a healthy reflection is to hydrate it from the inside! Drinking 10-12 cups of water per day is enough to help recover your skin cells making you glow from the inside.

As much as possible, minimize your sugar intake and if possible get your sugar in natural ways such as eating fruits.
